1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the BikiniTry mobile application or website, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the application or services.
2. Eligibility & Child Safety Policy
The application is strictly intended for adults aged 18 and older. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE). Users may not upload, process, or generate images depicting children or minors under any circumstances.
3. Acceptable Use & User Warranty
You warrant that any person photograph uploaded is your own personal likeness, or that you hold explicit legal authority and written consent to use it. You agree never to use BikiniTry to create defamatory, harassing, or non-consensual sexually explicit content.
4. Photos, Results, and Account Data
Photos you submit are transmitted only to generate the try-on you requested. As soon as the generation succeeds, the result is returned to your device and transient processing copies on our servers are deleted. BikiniTry does not keep a server gallery, history, or database of uploaded photos or generated results, and does not use those images to train models or sell them. Your account email, display name, login, credit balance, and purchase or subscription records remain on our servers until you delete your account. Saved looks on your device can be removed with Delete Data in Settings. Delete Account removes the server account and those records, and also removes saved looks on that device.
5. Credits, In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
Virtual try-on credits and Pro subscriptions are digital goods billed through Google Play In-App Billing or Apple App Store In-App Purchases. Credits have no monetary value outside the app and are non-transferable.
6. Account Termination
BikiniTry reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently delete any account that violates our safety policies, community guidelines, or third-party intellectual property rights without notice or refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BikiniTry AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
8. Analytics and Session Recordings
Using BikiniTry includes the product analytics and privacy-masked session recordings described in the Privacy Policy. Session recordings operate strictly in blurred mode without capturing personal photos or user text.
